FTP (File Transfer Protocol, File transfer Protocol) is one of the protocols in the TCP/IP protocol group. The FTP protocol consists of two components, one is the FTP server and the other is the FTP client. The FTP server is used to store files, and users can use the FTP client to access the resources located on the FTP server through the FTP protocol. When developing a website, the FTP protocol is usually used to upload the web page or program to the Web server. In addition, because of the high transmission efficiency of FTP, this protocol is generally used when transferring large files on the network.

Experimental environment: realize the file transfer of FTP service on the virtual machine.

First, to ensure the interconnection between the two machines, the network is set to host-only mode, the IP address of the same network segment of the server and client is set, and the firewall is turned off to ensure interconnection.

Second, open the server manager, add roles and functions, select the target server, add web service tools, select FTP service in the service role, and install according to the diagram.

Third, we first set up authentication to log in, open the website tool, right-click on the website to add a FTP site, set the physical path of the site name, IP address

Fourth, set anonymous user access, set anonymous authentication in authentication, select all anonymous users in authorization rules and give permissions.

Fifth, we can set the allowed or rejected file extension through the filter to achieve the allowed rejected file type.
