What is TOSCA?
TOSCA (Cloud Application Topology choreography Standard, Topology Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications) is formulated by OASIS organization, with the joint participation of many world-famous IT companies, and after years of implementation and improvement, it has become an international industry standard. The standard focuses on the interoperability description of applications and structures in cloud services, the relationship between various parts of cloud services, and the operational behavior of these services (for example, how to deploy, patch, shut down). The goal is to enhance the portability of cloud applications and cloud services, that is, reusability, so that customers can flexibly choose cloud providers and build a complete cloud application management system that can be controlled and customized. Neusoft's RealSight APM cloud application performance monitoring proposal is incorporated into the TOSCA standard.
