The DELL PowerEdge T30 does not boot, the memory stick and CPU have been replaced, and the fault remains the same. The problem is the power supply and the motherboard. Press and hold the small black round button next to the power supply, the power indicator is always on, and the CPU fan rotates, indicating that the power supply is normal.
