The small knowledge of Linux script & the meaning of quot;$x"

The Shell scripting language in the Linux system contains variables for receiving parameters, and spaces can be used between variables.

For example, $0 corresponds to the name of the current Shell script program, $# corresponds to a total of several parameters, $* corresponds to the parameter values of all locations, $? Corresponding to the display of the last command execution return value, while $1, $2, $3... Then they correspond to the parameter values of the nth position.

Let's write a simple script:

[root@localhost tmp] # vim shell.sh

Execute the script when you are finished:

[root@localhost tmp] # sh shell.sh wo shi chen ming chang

The above "wo shi chen ming chang" is the five parameters we entered when we executed the script, and a return value of 0 for the last command execution indicates that the command was executed successfully.
