Optional filtering rules

File access control provides the following filtering rules:

File system tag (the correct translation is "file collaboration tag", which is consistent with the option in "Administration", but the plug-in shows "file system tag"): in addition to the file itself, the parent directory of this file also needs to be tagged. File MIME type: the MIME type of the file, such as text/plain

File size: the size of the file volume (only files to be uploaded are limited)

Remote request address: visitor's IP address (IPv4 or IPv6)

Request time: limit the time period for users to access files

Request URL: prevent a user from accessing a URL (the URL here refers to the URL of the file, not the URL the user is accessing)

Request user agent: the browser or client that the user uses (Nextcloud desktop client, Android and iOS client) can be used as preconfiguration options. )

User group membership: whether the user is a member of a given group

Restricted action

When a user is prohibited from accessing a file (folder), he cannot do the following:

Create / upload files

Modify a file

Delete a file

Download a file

Use the client (desktop client or mobile client) to synchronize files
