At present, some of Aliyun's products support three types of unsubscription: unsubscribed for five days without reason, non-five-day for no reason, and unsubscribed for renewal orders not in effect. Products that can be refunded for no reason for five days include newly purchased prepaid CVM ECS, relational database RDS, cloud marketing products, and cloud virtual hosts.

Of course, Ali CVM also has many restrictions on refunds. Choose different types of unsubscription, the specific provisions are not quite the same.

Generally speaking, the products purchased by participating in the activities are basically non-refundable, such as students' machines; products that do not meet the detailed rules cannot be returned, such as renewal, upgrade, replacement of systems and computer rooms, etc.; refunds are only refundable to the actual amount paid, and used vouchers are non-refundable.

CVM ECS, relational database RDS or CVM are limited to a maximum of one refund per user and a cumulative refund of up to one instance.

In addition, many users who have previously purchased Ali Cloud servers reported that the page will automatically jump out of the lottery after the purchase of the server is successful.
