Reason:

This issue is primarily a client issue if Outlook folders show fewer items than expected and older items may seem missing. This problem can occur if some administrators delete certain elements because they are trying to repair a potentially corrupt mailbox. He then eliminated the damaged components. The client index will then be out of sync and must be repaired.

Solution: Possible Solution 01:

This issue can also be seen if the Outlook client is missing the latest updates/service packs. There is an error in the indexer component that has caused this problem in the past.

Try rebuilding the Outlook search index.

Possible solution 03:

Check that the value is set to All under the Exchange Mode with Cache section. If not, follow these steps:
