The main purpose of configuring Onedrive client in mobile devices is to facilitate access to information anytime, anywhere, and of course, you can also upload pictures, videos and some files.

There is little difference between Android and IOS clients, so take the IOS client as an example to illustrate how to use it. Download and open the latest version of the onedrive client in the IOS store, enter the office365 account and click to go as shown below:

Enter the password for the office365 account and click Log in, as shown below:

After logging in, click "shared content" in the lower left corner to see the company's shared cloud disk (of course, you can also see the information in your own private onedrive), as shown below:

Click more on the upper left corner of the Android client to see the shared content, as shown in the following figure:

Of course, you can also re-share the shared files on the mobile phone, which can be shared to external fixed users, etc., which is more suitable for temporarily sharing files with external users of the company.

When you receive the shared link, you will have a random verification code when you click and open it. The shared mailbox was used to obtain the random verification code to ensure that the files we shared are safe and controllable.

After entering the CAPTCHA, you can see the shared file and download it.

I am sharing a single file here, so I can download, delete and modify the lamp operation for a file. If I share a folder with other people, then other people can upload information in this folder.

As follows, I created a folder called gadgets, which is shared with external users, who can upload files directly.

Unlike other domestic fee-based cloud disks, such as Baidu, the download speed is unusually slow and will be accelerated only after opening members. Onedrive can be set without any speed limit. I have tried to synchronize 20GB data to my computer in half an hour. I have to beat other cloud disks a few blocks at this speed, and I can also set up on-demand synchronization of files to avoid taking up mobile phone space. Each user 1TB default space is enough to use, if not enough, you can also find the administrator to upgrade to the 5TB space, while onedrive also provides anti-blackmail virus function.
