The correct way to modify is to modify the properties of the AD object and then synchronize it to Office365

In general, the modification of attributes can be done directly through ADSIEdit.

However, some properties still cannot be modified.

The solution is PowerShell.

# Update the attribute value#Set-ADObject "CN=Recruitment,OU=22,DC=on,DC=bbs,DC=com,DC=au"-Replace @ {dlmemsubmitperms= "CN=TTT,OU=Email Distribution,OU=AAA,DC=on,DC=bbs,DC=com,DC=au"}

Finally, resynchronize and OK.
