When we install the ubuntu system, it is the most common and default for all of us not to install online updates, because it takes a lot of time to charge. So there are no updates!

So when there is no Chinese input method, the first thing we need to do is:

(1) updating the system software, which is not explained, we need to select the nearest node as the server to update the software.

(2) enter the update command under the terminal: update the software information database sudo apt-get update (there will be a lot of things to update)

Then when you enter the command is to do a system upgrade sudo apt-get upgrade (because there are very few software to be updated under my virtual machine, so the following is shown! )

(3) what we have to wait for is nearly half an hour to download the update process, we need patience, there is no way (if it is a newly installed system to update a lot of things, it will take more than half an hour! )

(4) next we will begin to install ibus, which includes the Chinese input method.

(5) enter in the terminal (ctrl+alt+t):

Sudo apt-get install ibus-pinyin sudo apt-get install ibus-sunpinyin

The process is also a long time, and then restart the computer after it is over!
