The roadmap for Linux Mint 15 includes three new features

1. Cinnamon 1.8

It looks like GNOME 2's Cinnamon desktop environment has been available for a year, and the next version of Linux Mint will use Cinnamon 1.8. It comes with an action API, disk manager, file preview, and user interface improvements.

2. Nemo 1.8

Nemo is Cinnamon's default file manager, an offshoot of Nautilus (Nautilus), which will rise to version 1.8 in the next release.

3. MDM 1.2

Mint's display Manager (Display Manager) will be upgraded to version 1.2 in the new version and will bring new capabilities. For example, the theme around the text box will have boundaries.

Other new features of Linux Mint 15 will include software-managed user interface improvements and a new screen saver and driver manager.

Tips: a Ubuntu-based Linux Mint distribution that is released twice a year. The current version of "Nadia" (Nadia) was released in November.
