Win10 desktop prompts for solutions to "critical errors"
When Win10 boots to the desktop, it prompts "critical error start menu and cortana does not work"
Enter "this computer", open "C:\ Windows\ System32\ WindowsPowerShell\ v1.0", find "powershell.exe", and right-click "run as administrator"
In the PowerShell command prompt window, copy and enter the following command code, and press enter to run.
Get-AppXPackage-AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage-DisableDevelopmentMode-Register "$($_ .InstallLocation)\ AppXManifest.xml"}
Wait for the command to finish running, then restart the system.
