IMac terminal HomeBrew cannot be used

To restore the stashed changes to / usr/local run:

'cd / usr/local & & git stash pop'

Error: Running Homebrew as root is extremely dangerous and no longer supported.

As Homebrew does not drop privileges on installation you would be giving all

Build scripts full access to your system.

The solution is to write permissions to this user, not sudo.
