In daily mail management, administrators often find that they often need to check users' mailboxes, but they are unable to open the web side or the client side to deal with them.

Trouble, then we need permission to open the user's mailbox:

The administrator is given Receive-As permissions on the specified database with the following command, so that the administrator can view messages from any mailbox in the database:

Add-ADPermission-Identity "database name"-User "administrator account"-ExtendedRights Receive-As

Remove-ADPermission-Identity "database name"-User "administrator account"-ExtendedRights Receive-As delete permission

Administrators can view messages in any mailbox directly through Outlook or OWA.
