After the CVM is shut down in arrears, if the CVM is rebooted within the specified time, if the bill is settled and the renewal fee is restarted, the restart is successful and all resources are reserved and will not be affected. Steps for rebooting:

1. Log in to your CVM management console. In the left navigation bar, click the instance.
