The video course "easy entry into Foreign Enterprises: practical training of IT Helpdesk Engineers" was launched in February 2018. In order for students to self-study in the enterprise IT actual combat environment, I have launched a series of supporting hands-on IT actual combat environment courses.

It was originally planned to launch the third season of "hands-on Enterprise IT operational Environment: building SCCM1902 servers quickly" on June 19, 2019, which came to an end. ". ITop is an open source ITSM management system based on the concept of ITIL. In short, it is a management system used to submit, process and track IT services in daily work.

Through this course, we can build an enterprise ITSM actual combat environment iTop Ticket system based on Win2016, WAMP and iTop, which can be used for self-study, function testing and so on.
