Classification of optical modules

There are many types of optical modules that can be classified according to package classification (SFP,SFP+,XFP,XENPAK), transmission distance, wavelength and rate (10G/40G/ 100G optical module). Then it mainly describes which fiber jumper types should be used by 10G/40G/ 100G optical module.

A 10G optical module is an optical module that can send and receive 10G data signals per second.
