Nearmap expands artificial intelligence products

Earmap AI has expanded its product range to provide 11 new properties and more than 200 facts per address, including building height, floor and roof spacing.

It also machine-learns the company's 3D data to gain richer insights into properties such as buildings, vegetation and utility poles.

New and enhanced artificial intelligence features include complete artificial intelligence insight into each survey conducted in Australia, the United States, New Zealand and Canada; vectorized and attributed data layers, from attributes to rich high-definition maps of the world; a complex, proprietary, deep learning architecture consisting of multi-tier machine learning models that produces actionable insights in a variety of integrated ready formats And a high-performance API that provides real-time access to property insights at a given location.
