Compaq is a brand that lived very well in the 1990s. It is even a competitor to IBM and is considered one of the most important desktop and laptop makers. However, the brand may make a comeback. The Compaq blog account on Twitter posted a tweet containing the Compaq logo used between 1992 and 2017, titled "coming". Of course, this makes us think it will return to the market, but at the moment we don't know if it will do so on a new line of laptops or other devices.

Recall that Compaq was acquired by Hewlett-Packard, but in 2015, an Argentine company called Grupo Newsan was granted permission before it stopped production. Obviously, some companies want or will return Compaq-branded computers, but we don't have any more details about it yet.

Compaq has a range of low-budget computers. In fact, they are designed for students who do not need powerful components, but only a good computer whose specifications are competent for daily tasks and at a reasonable price.
