I learned it from a big customer! (if you don't install it this way, please right-click the administrator to run or close UAC, but I didn't try!)

The latest Microsoft update this installation package, encountered the following problems, so choose the above installation method, but there is still a problem!

Current problems:

OWA: administrators cannot log in, ordinary users can log in. (the specific reason is unknown!)

ECP: administrators can log in.
