You can often see setting shortcuts in some software.
In fact, windows system can customize various shortcut key settings.

Principle: each shortcut icon can be set as a shortcut key, as long as the icon file must be linked
The next step is simple: [right-click]-> [Screenshot tool]-> [Properties]-> [Shortcut] set to custom.
