The director's edited version of "death stranded" will be released on PC on March 30, and the publisher 505 Games announced on Thursday that people who already own the original version of the game will be able to upgrade at a price of $9.99. The game will be available on Steam and Epic Games Store, and to take advantage of the upgrade offer, you must install the original death stranding on your PC.

Director's Cut will also be purchased separately for $39.99. However, if you want to get Director's Cut more cheaply, you may need to consider purchasing the basic version of "death stranded" during 505 Games's current sales on Steam and Epic Games Store, and upgrading when Director's Cut is available.

Previously, the release timeline of the director's edited PC version of "death stranded" was blurred in the spring of 2022, so it was nice to see that the game will be released earlier this season.
