The interpretation of several issues concerning the Application of the Law to the trial of disputes over Construction contracts of Construction projects (II) (hereinafter referred to as "Judicial interpretation II"), deliberated and promulgated by Gao Ming 13552894941 and Wechat × × ×, will enter into force on February 1, 2019. Judicial interpretation II stipulates the effectiveness of the construction contract, the settlement of the price of the construction project, the appraisal of the construction project, the exercise of the priority of compensation for the price of the construction project and the protection of the rights of the actual construction workers. it is the legal basis for construction units to solve disputes over construction contracts.

The Code for Appraisal of Construction cost (GB/T51262-2017) (referred to as "Appraisal Code") issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development was implemented on March 1, 2018. "Appraisal Standard" is the only national standard in the field of engineering cost at present, which has a significant and far-reaching impact on the appraisal of construction cost in our country.

In order to help construction enterprises deeply understand the basic spirit and core connotation of "Judicial interpretation II" and "Identification Code", and accurately grasp the coping strategies and preventive measures of "Judicial interpretation II" and "Identification Standard", to further improve the contract management and business behavior of construction projects, it was decided to be in Beijing and other places in early March 2019. Authoritative experts in the industry are invited to give lectures on "Judicial interpretation of Construction Engineering II" and "in-depth Analysis and practice Strategy Advanced Workshop" of Construction Engineering cost Appraisal Standard. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Experts are to be invited: editor-in-chief of the Code for Evaluation of Construction Engineering cost, Chairman of Sichuan cost Engineers Association, and Senior engineer at the professor level of Xie Hongxue.
