There was a problem with OWA and ECP access prompts for ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY in previous Exchange Server 2016 implementation projects.

When you can't access OWA or ECP by using Google browser, Firefox browser, QQ Browser and so on, you can't access it using Microsoft's own IE browser.

This problem may occur in the operating system of Windows Server 2016.

Solution 1:

Open the registry on all Exchange Server servers and the path is as follows:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ Http\ Paramaters adds the following key value (REG_DWORD) to the Paramaters registry subkey folder: the EnableHttp2Cleartext 0EnableHttp2Tls 0 effect is as follows:

4. Restart the Exchange Server 2016 server

Solution 2:

Access address in browser: https://www.nartac.com/Products/IISCrypto

Run this program on all Exchange Server 2016 servers to disable SHA and MD5 hashes

Restart the Exchange Server 2016 server
