Exchange Server privilege escalation vulnerability installation patch
Microsoft released a patch for this vulnerability on February 12, 2019.

Exchange2010 provides KB4487052Exchange2016 and needs to install CU12. Here is an example of Exchange2010.
To obtain KB4487052 from Microsoft, install vcredist_x64 before installing the patch.
