The representation is to create a virtual machine through system center. Sytem center cannot obtain data from the expected utilization rate of the node and cannot create a virtual machine, as shown in the following figure.
Solution:
1. Open the database server of system center and open the VirtualManagerDB database. If the data table tbl_ADHC_AgentServer,state is 4, it is an exception node. You can change the value of state to 2.

3. Restart the system center service and right-click to restart
