WinPE (Windows Preinstall Environment, that is, Windows pre-installation environment) is a small operating system used by Microsoft to install, deploy and repair the Windows operating system. It can be booted and loaded into memory directly on the computer through CD, network or U disk boot.

WinPE is a Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK, that is, Windows Evaluation and deployment Suite) component, which is a command-line interface and can be customized for secondary development.

Different versions of Windows systems have different Windows ADK, so the version of WinPE components is also different:
