Six: experimental conclusion: the same vlan can communicate in the same network segment. In different vlan, even if the address is in the same network segment, they cannot communicate with each other.

Because you are not in a broadcast domain, you cannot use ARP broadcast to get the MAC address of the other party, so you cannot communicate with each other.
