ActionDash is a digital health app for all Android devices

Google's digital welfare feature is very useful if you want to find a healthy balance when using your device, but only users with Pixel and Android One phones can use it (at least for now). But it seems that app developers are now trying to come up with similar or better apps that can be accessed by almost all Android devices. ActionDash is such an application made by the same person who brought you the award-winning Action Launcher.

Compared with Google's actual digital welfare application, the ActionDash application brings you "more insights and useful customization". You will be able to know how much time you spent on a particular application, how many notifications you received, how much time you spent on your device, how many times you locked and unlocked your phone, and so on.

Whether you need this information to reduce device usage, or whether you just want to know how much time you spend each day, these statistics are available to you. You can also include applications such as pixel initiators or digital welfare applications in usage statistics. You can use a dark theme on ActionDash and configure the start of the day at 3 a.m. Instead of 12:00 (for night owls or early risers).

Some people may encounter privacy issues when accessing such statistics, but ActionDash guarantees that your usage data will not actually leave your phone, or even leave it to their own servers, let alone third-party applications.
