Google has announced plans to provide legal support in some cases, where content creators upload videos to you to control who receives copyright claims.

Videos, books and other media use music, TV clips and images to turn content into new and useful ways, such as satire, which are protected by fair use legislation. However, in the case of excellent management, editing, otherwise protecting fair use is still the goal of DMCA stable notification.

Content creators hit by these notices, with or without unfair approval, may have no legal means to crack down on the deletion of their videos. The issue could end up hurting them financially, not only through court cases, but also through the removal of advertising with embedded content. In other words, unless content creators have the capital and motivation to fight these occupied lands, they are often powerless.

Google management understands that this is a problem and has announced plans to help content creators in some cases. Fred Fred von Lohmann, head of copyright law at the tech giant, said in a blog post on Thursday that subscribing to videos based on fair use (an exception to overall copyright law) may require additional protection.

If popular videos are under the umbrella of fair use, you will now defend them in court, up to $1 million if necessary.
