Although this is an internal roadmap, it is still a long way from 2022, but it could be the year of DDR5. According to the research and development data released by SK Hynix, the memory speed of DDR5 can reach 8400Mbps (8400MHz), and the memory speed of a single DIMM can reach 128GB, while reducing power consumption. As for USB4, it is actually a variant of Lightning 3, the speed 40Gbps, which supports charging and DP signal transmission. SK Hynix's statement is that DDR5 memory will be mass produced this year. Thus, Intel is expected to play a leading role.
