Relationship between VS version number and VC version number
VC11 is the eleventh version of Visual C++, a runtime that was released with Visual studio 2012 in 2012 and is a must-have runtime for Visual studio 2012.
The following is the parenthesis, the version number of VS, and the version number of VC on the left
VC6
VC7 (2003)
VC8 (2005)
VC9 (2008)
VC10 (2010)
VC11 (2012)
VC12 (2013)
VC14 (2015)
So it will be saved in C:\ Users\ Administrator\ AppData\ Local\ Microsoft\ VisualStudio directory
In multiple different folders, when multiple VS are installed

Note that 12 in VC12 refers to the version number of VC, while the corresponding C++ compiler is 18.
