VC11 is the eleventh version of Visual C++, a runtime that was released with Visual studio 2012 in 2012 and is a must-have runtime for Visual studio 2012.

The following is the parenthesis, the version number of VS, and the version number of VC on the left

So it will be saved in C:\ Users\ Administrator\ AppData\ Local\ Microsoft\ VisualStudio directory
