Through the above error report, log in to the DC domain controller to check the properties of this user, and the display is normal. It is also normal to get the attribute information for this user through the EMS Management Shell. Just reported an error in ECP. Through the test, it is found that all the users who only view this OU on ECP have this problem, and it is normal to view the user attributes under other OU. And after the problematic user is moved to another OU, the properties are displayed normally in the ECP.

Through the above tests, it is found that the name of the problematic user OU is somewhat different from that of other normal users in the definition of the OU name, and the problematic OU name contains: /

Solution:

Based on the above judgment, we change the name of OU to no: /, and then use ECP to view the attributes of users under this OU and display normally. Problem solved.
