Through the test, it is found that all the users who only view this OU on ECP have this problem, and it is normal to view the user attributes under other OU. And after the problematic user is moved to another OU, the properties are displayed normally in the ECP.

Based on the above judgment, we change the name of OU to no: /, and then use ECP to view the attributes of users under this OU and display normally. Problem solved.
