Galaxy S21 Ultra Packaging Samsung's New low Power Organic Light emitting Diode display screen

Samsung announced that it will provide low-power organic light-emitting diode displays for smartphones, which are the same as those in the new Galaxy S21 Ultra phone. According to the company, the new smartphone display screen uses "newly developed" organic materials, which is much more efficient than Samsung's previous organic light-emitting diodes.

As a quick start, OLED displays provide significant color brilliance through current-driven self-luminous organic materials. This eliminates the need for independent light sources, provides high efficiency and high performance, and makes them popular.

According to Samsung, it has developed a "new organic material" that allows electrons to pass easily and quickly through the organic layer that makes displays. This will greatly improve the luminous efficiency, thereby reducing power consumption and increasing brightness.

This is especially good news for users who watch a lot of video content on their mobile phones. The company points out that monitors play an important role in the power consumption of mobile phones, which is why such upgrades can improve the feelings of consumers. Jeeho Baek displayed by Samsung said:

With the continuous development of display technology, there is an increasing need to reduce power consumption, so as to achieve larger screen, faster display driver and higher resolution. Based on our industry-leading expertise in material technology, which has been developed for a long time, Samsung shows that it is in direct contact with many customers to improve the performance of its latest products.
