Microsoft updated in December (Microsoft postponed the release of Windows 10 mobile version this week)

However, according to Dona Sarkar, head of the Windows Insider program, the Windows team decided this week to postpone the release of a new version of Windows 10 Mobile because internal errors found in previous versions had not yet been fixed.

This means that a new mobile version of Windows 10 will not be launched this week, as the Windows team hopes that everything will be fine until the devices in the Insider program are updated.

"We will continue to investigate two problems caused by Flight 14926 built for Mobile last week. After upgrading to internal version 14926, some people in the industry reported that even after rebooting the phone, there was no pin pad to unlock the phone, and some phones lost the ability to use SIM cards. In both cases, this problem can be solved by hard reset. Based on the feedback we received from insiders, we decided not to release a new version of Mobile until these two issues were resolved. "

Windows 10 build 14931 will not bring any major changes to PC, as this release focuses on fixing bugs and improving performance. Microsoft emphasizes some of the latest application updates in this version, so the focus is not on the new features.

Windows 10 Redstone 2 will launch on personal computers and mobile devices in the spring of 2017 and will bring a long list of improvements, but Microsoft has promised to pay more attention to smartphones, including the debut of Surface Phone.
