Rmi deletes mirrors in Docker host

Search searches for images in Docker Hub

Except for rmi and search, all the other commands have been used.

Rmi

Rmi can only delete mirrors on host, not registry mirrors.

If a mirror corresponds to more than one tag, the image is really deleted only when the last tag is deleted. For example, the debian image in host has two tag:

Delete debian:latest only deletes latest tag, but the image itself is not deleted.

The entire image will be deleted only if the debian:jessie is also deleted.

Search

Search allows us to search for images in Docker Hub on the command line without opening a browser.

Of course, if you want to know what tag there are in the image, you still have to visit Docker Hub.
