Apple is by far the most profitable smartphone maker, accounting for 65% of the business, 65% of the industry and 41% of Samsung.

Other players of smartphone games are negative stocks, even erupting like their own companies.

Nokia is at its worst: Finnish companies account for-3% of industry profits. HTC, Sony and LG are all bankrupt, Motorola and BlackBerry are slightly worse, and one is slightly worse.

This means that more than 100% of the smartphone industry's profits are made up of sales from Apple and Samsung. Apple has increased its share of industry profits since last year: Cupertino's tech giant jumped from 57%. Samsung, on the other hand, is down 2%.

The data are collected by Canaccord Neuality, but will not be affected by Chinese manufacturers such as Xiaomi. But this is because these other companies lack credible profit estimates.

"given the current competitive dynamics, we think Apple and Samsung will maintain their dominant value share in 2014," said Michael Wattley, an analyst at Canaccord. In the face of BlackBerry's difficulties, Microsoft acquired Nokia, the leading maker of OEM for Windows phones. We believe that Chinese OEMs with a strong Android portfolio could become stronger long-term competitors for Apple and Samsung. "
