Exchange2010 Android phone cannot be configured with exchange email

Today, my friend gave me feedback on a problem. All Android phones in his company could not be configured with exchange email, prompting: "Verification failed, please check the network."

When doing the test, I found that the newly created mailbox is available. Friends reported that the company was separated from another company and had done AD account transfer.

Think about whether there is a problem with user permissions.

So is there any difference between the permissions of the new mailbox and that of the old mailbox?

Open the installation option for the new mailbox and select Advanced

As shown in the following two pictures. There are no RAS and ISA attributes in previous user attributes

This is where the problem should arise. Choose to restore the default settings and select apply.

Reopen the advanced security options, and the RAS and IAS values have been generated

At this point, Android phones can successfully configure exchange mailboxes.
