With a question and answer service with a graphical user interface, you no longer need to be an expert in the field of natural language understanding to train and manage AI, which can be used in many business scenarios

If you want to experience the implementation of Bot intelligent robot customer service, you can still use Intelligent Kiosk to build it. Currently, this experience service only supports creation in the western part of the United States. Click Setting in Intelligent Kiosk and click "Click here if you need keys".

Click "QnA Maker" to automatically pop up the Azure International Portal to log in

The cloud service components required to create this service can also be created directly by selecting QnA Maker in the portal.

To create a name and select a pricing layer, F0 is free, and pricing option F is also free. Of course, calling the test is not that high, but the test experience is enough.

Then copy the key 1 created in the cognitive service to QnA Maker Key in the Setting in Intelligent Kiosk.

Next, switch back to Demo Gallery and click QnA Bot Explorer.

Find a web page that needs to be tested. Here I will copy the URL using the commercial version of Office 365FAQ as an example

Create a new scene in QnA Bot Explorer, enter the name and read the web page URL, and finally save it.

Then there will be intelligent customer service in the lower right corner. I can ask it a question. The intelligent robot will search this page and answer my questions.
