Apple has pledged to invest $1 billion to build comfortable housing, provide $1 billion in mortgage assistance to first-time home buyers and provide $300m worth of proprietary land for comfortable housing's project.

Housing Trust Silicon Valley will use $150 million provided by Apple to provide loans to qualified developers engaged in project development to build more affordable housing in the Greater Bay area. It is reported that these projects need unique and flexible funds to enter the construction phase. Developers must submit applications on the housing trust fund website by March 24, 2020.

All houses developed with Apple's comfortable housing fund will have long-term payment restrictions and will support individuals and families with the lowest income.

Citing foreign media 9to5Mac, a Mexican netizen tweeted that he could add his Banregio card to the Wallet app after setting the region to. The card can be successfully added and contains text for verification purposes, but the verification process is invalid because ldquo Apple pay; this has not been officially launched yet.

If Apple Pay is launched in Mexico, it will become the second market in Latin America to support Apple's mobile payment service. Apple launched the Apple Pay in Brazil in 2018, but did not extend it to other countries.
