Microsoft Android Office finally updates Dark Mode

Microsoft announced on Friday that it had begun introducing dark mode into office apps on Android smartphones. "this is a feature that many of our customers are strongly demanding and we are honored to launch it today. Sourab Nagpal, Microsoft product manager, said in a statement:" many people like to use dark mode because they find it provides a more comfortable visual experience for reading and working on mobile devices. "

To give you a quick understanding, the new Office application combines Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in one application. In addition, it enables users to use PDF to scan images and capture notes. Now, in dark mode, Android users will be able to adjust office apps in low light. Microsoft said this feature will not only provide users with better viewing options, but also keep battery consumption at a low level.

If Android users use a system-wide dark theme on their phones, the Office app will automatically dim. Alternatively, users can turn this feature on or off by clicking the profile icon on the Home tab of the Office application, selecting Settings, and then selecting Light, Dark, or system default from the theme options.
