However, D Global is likely to launch other better Android smartphones when the Nokia 6 is launched in other regions. Earlier today, we reported on the flagship product of Nokia 8, which is expected to be officially unveiled at MWC 2017 next month.

Nokia 8 (internally known as Nokia Supreme) will be equipped with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and an impressive 24 million-pixel rear camera, including Super EIS and OIS (Optical Image Stabilization).

Nokia is famous for its excellent camera phones, and D Global's new smartphone is no exception. Even for mid-range devices, the Nokia 6 is equipped with a 16-pixel rear camera, a 1-pixel sensor, PDAF (phase detection autofocus), dual LED flash and a fhand 2.0 aperture.

The phone can't record 4K video, probably because it has a low-power Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. But this is not a real problem, because most people use it to take pictures and shoot full HD (1080p @ 30 fps) videos.

For mid-range smartphones, the quality of photos taken with Nokia 6 seems to be extremely high, but as mentioned earlier, this is not surprising.

Several camera samples were taken from the Nokia 6 conference and posted by blog DGTle.com. You will notice that these pictures have excellent color reproduction and dynamic range.

If Nokia 6's 16 million-pixel camera can take such excellent pictures, then we can rest assured that the upcoming Nokia 8 can take better pictures with its 24 million-pixel camera.
