Samsung GalaxyNote20Ultra structural abnormalities report camera defects
We know it won't be a problem without new gadgets, but we've always wanted Samsung to provide more gadgets. Have many years of experience in mobile games, you should know more about cameras. After its official release, Samsung reiterated that the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 brings professional camera features. We believe, but we are curious about how many complaints we will receive with the release of Galaxy Note 20 in South Korea.
The complaint about the version of Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is very specific. The other day, I shared with you the internal atomization of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 camera system. Samsung says it's natural, but of course, especially for waterproof phones, it's not good. Other technical forum websites have also received related complaints.
The Samsung smartphone community shared only more than 100 complaints. They mainly come from users who have pre-ordered Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Other defects have been found and are now being reported online.
Samsung will collect some problematic departments. The investigation is expected to begin. I hope the team will also check for other problems, such as dust particles entering the camera model, mismatching of the lens and the ring, and so on. Inappropriate can lead to a gap.
Samsung has no official press statement yet, but an official said: "like other products, dust and structural problems on the production line have been brought under control. Given the large number of new phones on the market, it is difficult to deal with every complaint because we cannot immediately figure out how they are used."
Samsung doesn't seem to know its policies. Some people who complain about foggy cameras cannot replace them. The company is recommending them to the maintenance center.
But for those with "structural problems", their phones will be replaced. We're just not sure what these problems are. Finally, the maintenance staff will determine whether the problem will affect the original function of the camera based on the opinions of the Samsung employees who talked to our sources.
