Google has released a new puzzle that reveals the information of Imax O 2022.

Google Android O is an annual event for developers, usually where we first learn about annual Android releases and (occasionally) upcoming hardware products. Google usually makes a puzzle or trailer to reveal the date of Imax O, and now the puzzle of Imax O 2022 is online.

The new puzzle has been launched on io.google/2022/svd. The game is described as follows: "this is an interactive jigsaw puzzle and sound toy brought to you by Google Developers. Complete the challenge to reveal the details of the upcoming event!" The screen of the game contains multiple puzzles, and you can manipulate overlapping shapes by adding or removing circles. It is speculated that once someone has solved this problem, the date of Imax O 2022 will be announced.

I'm not good at puzzles, and the direction of this puzzle is deliberately ambiguous, so your guess is as good as mine. In the past few years, when Google used games to make fun of dates, dates were found in HTML and JavaScript code before anyone really tried to solve the problem. This may happen again this year, although I took a quick look at some of the code and didn't find any useful information.

Google I Compact O 2021 was held in May last year. Google has released the first beta version of Android 12, the Material You design language, Wear OS 3.0, the eco-friendly approach in Google Maps, Android 11 and stable Linux application support for Chrome OS, as well as some less real technology demonstration products.

This year's event is expected to reveal the company's plans for Android 13, which is currently available as a developer preview. Current builds already include multi-user NFC payments, native support for HTTPS-based DNS, compatibility with Bluetooth low-power audio, runtime permissions for notifications, and more clock layouts for locking screens. The final version is likely to be released in the second half of 2022.
