Problem description:

When the customer uses the Cisco mail gateway, the mail gateway will automatically identify some spam according to the rules and quarantine it. After the mail is quarantined, the email will be notified to the mailbox. The recipient can choose whether to release it or not according to the need. After release, the mail will be sent to the recipient's mailbox. Anyway, it exists in the spam quarantine of the mail gateway.

Some recipients click release, unable to perform the operation, and prompt: "your organizational policy organizes us to complete this operation"

Cause analysis:

Ask the recipient user who reported an error, and the local browser has recently uninstalled it.

Solution:

1. There are two areas that need to be modified in the registry:

Location 1:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Classes\ .html. Right-click on the default item, select modify, and paste Htmlfile into the input box. Click OK.

Location 2:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Classes\ .htm. Right-click on the default item, select modify, and paste Htmlfile into the input box. Click OK.

2. Restart "explorer.exe" or computer.

3. Reopen outllook2013 for release.
