Microsoft remote Desktop iOS version 10.0.1 is back on App Store

On November 27th, Microsoft remote Desktop iOS welcomed the 10.0.0 update, which supports Windows virtual desktop (WVD) service, brings a new connection center in-session UI, supports new iPhone and iPad devices, and supports both dark and light themes. With Microsoft remote Desktop, users can connect to remote computers or virtual applications and desktops provided by administrators.

On November 30th, however, the Microsoft remote Desktop was suddenly removed from Apple's App Store for unknown reasons. Now Microsoft remote Desktop is back on App Store and updated to version 10.0.1. The update log has not changed.

Microsoft also said in a note: "from now on, more updates will be launched at a regular pace."

Microsoft remote Desktop updates:

Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) service is supported.

A new in-session UI for switching between connected computers and applications.

New auxiliary screen keyboard layout.

Improved external keyboard support.

SwiftPoint Bluetooth mouse is supported.

Microphone redirection is supported.

Local storage redirection is supported.

Camera redirection is supported (Windows 10 1809 or later is required).

Support for new iPhone and iPad devices.

Dark and light themes are supported.

Controls whether your phone can be locked after connecting to a remote computer or application.

Long press the remote Desktop logo to collapse the intra-session connection bar.
