Microsoft iOS fan-shaped virtual keyboard Word Flow unveiled to support one-handed mode

Microsoft is building a virtual keyboard Word Flow for iOS, and according to people familiar with the matter, Microsoft is internally testing the first version of the iOS keyboard and will soon open it to public testers. The biggest highlight of the original iOS keyboard is its "one-handed operation" mode.

In fact, Microsoft has set up one-handed mode in its Windows 10 Mobile keyboard, while Microsoft iOS version has its own unique one-handed mode: it supports two-sided operation, that is, users can operate with either left hand or right hand, and the virtual keys on the iOS version are fan-shaped, while Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile is just a scaled-down version of the keyboard.

In addition to the one-handed mode, the iOS version of the Word Flow version is very similar to the Windows Phone version. For example, when a user enters text, the system also displays relevant words and expressions, and provides a virtual full keyboard to enter text.

Microsoft plans to launch an iOS version of the Word Flow keyboard in the coming months, while an Android version is expected to be released later this year.
