Doogee S98 Pro will launch thermal imaging and extraterrestrial inspired designs in early June

Doogee started with the Doogee V20 phone in 2022, followed by another successful S98 model. Now, the company is launching a new S98 Pro, a rugged phone with thermal imaging and the successor to S98.

S98 Pro is designed in alien style and has a strong performance. The shape of the camera bump is combined with the slender lines on the back of the lid to illustrate the shape of the external connector.

And this rugged alien phone is also considered to have the best camera settings. Because the phone paired the 48MP main camera with the 20MP night vision camera. Put it with the thermal imaging sensor and you have a setting that can capture images in all cases. Night vision detects anything that reflects infrared light, while thermal vision detects anything that emits heat.

The Doogee S98 Pro will use the InfiRay thermal sensor. With the highest thermal resolution of 256 × 192, it brings more than twice as many thermal pixels as other sensors. Coupled with 25Hz high frame rate, it can produce clear images that can accurately detect airflow, moisture, leakage, short circuit, blockage and high temperature.

The coolest thing about this thermal sensor is a technique called bispectral fusion algorithm. The technology allows images from the thermal sensor and the main sensor to be superimposed on each other. You can then adjust the level of transparency of the thermal detail required for the actual image. This will enable you to accurately track problem points.
