IOS Google Maps App has been updated with a lot of new features.
Google has updated its iOS version of Google Maps App, and the new version of iOS Google Maps App will be equipped with a new "routing" widget for fine navigation directly on the lock screen, and it will also integrate iMessage to send static locations to contacts without leaving the conversation interface.
using the "route" widget, Google Maps finally has a "lock screen fine navigation" feature similar to Apple Maps, which is the biggest change in the new version of iOS Google Maps App. In fact, many users praise Apple Maps, which shows that although Apple Maps has always played a role in catching up with Google Maps, it still has its own unique strengths.
It is reported that after setting the starting point and destination in Google Maps App, users can click two control arrows to cycle through the upcoming turn on the lock screen. For now, however, Google Maps is not as convenient as Apple Maps' solution, but fans of Google Maps are also excited about the new feature.
We all know that the location sharing function has been extended since the iOS Google Maps App update, but now, with the integration of iMessage, the "location sharing feature" of Google Maps has been further optimized. It is important to note, however, that the location sharing feature of Google Maps is not dynamically updated.
of course, this update also fixes common errors and improves performance.
