Organized and released on January 6, 2022: Lenovo Global released Legion 5i Pro and Legion 5 Pro notebooks
January 6,2022: Today, Lenovo Global released Legion 5i Pro and Legion 5 Pro notebooks, corresponding to the domestic Y 9000P/R9000P models respectively.
IT Home understands that the 9000P Series is equipped with a 16-inch WQHD+ 16:10 240 Hz 500 nit screen, Dolby Vision and Nvidia G-Sync certification, and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification.
In terms of configuration, the Y9000P has the highest i9-12900H option, while the R9000P is equipped with AMD Ryzen 6000H APU. Both models can be configured with an Nvidia RTX 30 GPU up to 165 W TDP, possibly a higher power RTX 3070 Ti.
The interfaces of the two models are roughly the same, AMD version replaces Thunderbolt 4 with USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C that supports DisplayPort 1.4 output. Both batteries are 80 Whr and support super fast charging, which Lenovo claims can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 30 minutes.
Lenovo Legion 5i Pro will be available in February, starting at $1569.99. Legion 5 Pro will be available in April, starting at $1,429.99. The release date and price of the Y9000P and R9000P have not been announced yet.
